Chinese New Year Celebrations! 🍊🏮

This week was a really eventful one for the children in our childcare centres because we had our Chinese New Year Celebrations!

Let’s take a look at the exciting activities that occured across our various centres…

From the moment they entered the centres, children were greeted with smiles and good wishes from their teachers and friends who were dressed in the traditional Chinese costumes.

There were also spectacular performances put up by the teachers and the children! Both the performers and the audience enjoyed this segment thoroughly 😁

It is such a joy for us every time we get to invite our amazing parents to participate in our centres’ activities. We would like to thank and appreciate all parents for taking the time out to join us for our Chinese New Year celebrations and activities!

Our amazing parents also took time out of their weekends to craft and design beautiful lantern crafts with their children. The children got the opportunity to share about their crafts to the rest of the children in class and they were beaming with pride to share what they had done at home! Once again, we would like to appreciate our dedicated parents for partnering with us to make your child’s learning experience an enriching and meaningful one 😊

We also brought children around the neighbourhood to take a look at the Chinese New Year goodies and decorations that were on display. Our teachers also explained to them the meanings behind the various objects and items.
