For the past week, our children were on an expedition to Europe which is the second smallest continent in size.
It has the third largest population in the world, with rich history and many interesting facts. Let’s zoom in and take a closer look at our children’s learning for the week.
Food can bring people together, hence our toddlers were introduced to the different iconic food of Europe. They created food models of baguette, spaghettis, fish and chips.
The preschoolers were learning about France and the Effiel Tower that was built over 134 years ago. They created a 3-D model of the tower together, using different kind of materials.
As inspired by the world’s longest reining Monarch- Queen Elizabeth of England, the children were engaged in discussion about the different people and objects associated with the monarchy. Hence, they created crowns, sceptres and sashes for their pretend play.
The children had a wonderful time learning about Europe! We hope you had a great week too! Keep safe.
